Los Angeles can get all of its electricity from clean energy sources by 2035, according to a new report from the National Renewable Energy Lab, released Wednesday. If achieved, Los Angeles would be one of the nation’s first major cities to nearly eliminate fossil fuels from its power supply, and could do so without causing blackouts or disrupting the economy.
